For instance, consider the following:
- You can start a travel blog
- You can create a travel podcast
- You can document your travel and make a movie/book afterwards (or during your travel)
- You can create a website that explains what you're doing and direct sponsors towards it (to secure a sponsorship)
- You can learn an in-demand trade (like A/C work or car engine repair)
- You can wait tables (sometimes, depending on visas and such)
- You can create a web presence on Shopify and sell goods to consumers
- You can create a dropship company
- You can create a lightweight iPhone app
- You can create some simple software
- You can create an online storefront
- You can provide online services (consulting, SEO, video editing)
- You can sell photos of your travels
As you can see, with just a little bit of creativity there's a vast array of things you can do to earn money while you travel. I will give you a bit of warning - earning passive income is by no means easy - in fact it is very difficult. It will require a little bit of money up front but also a massive investment of time to build up enough revenue that you're comfortable (even on a very modest budget).
If you have the time (or can outsource some of the work) you may find that having a virtual assistant is a good idea. But that's a personal choice and it depends on how much you value your time.
However you decide to do it, I hope you drop me a link here, at my blog. Thanks for reading!
